Starting as an Industrial operative 1996, through to the Operations Director for MIS in 2005 Stuart has fostered successful growth and expansion. The company was bought by the Atlas group in 2009, forming the present Atlas MIS Ltd. Stuart’s role as General Manager for Atlas MIS Ltd division of the group draws on his extensive knowledge in specialist & technical Industrial cleaning, particularly within automotive market, paint facilities, and manufacturing.

An experienced senior Manager in service delivery with a proven track record in technical operations, Stuart delivers consistent, reliable and proactive results for MIS customer base.  Stuart values relationships and is dedicated to providing excellence as standard for Atlas MIS Clients.

I provide administration support to Atlas MIS. I have worked at Atlas since Feb 2019 and I am thoroughly enjoying my role. Everyday is a learning day and I particularly enjoy working with the Team and wider customer and supplier base. I have over 15 years of work experience primarily as a credit controller and have broadened my skill set to include administration in a business context.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Payroll input support
  • Scheduling support
  • Administrative – quotes, customer and supplier liaison
  • Accounts – processing orders and invoices
  • Ordering Stores and specialist equipment
  • Maintaining office operations

I am looking forward to the growth of the business and hope to play a pivotal role in the future of Atlas MIS, where service excellence is a key factor.

Outside of work I am a mother to three wonderful children and much of my spare time is spent being an entertainer to them.

Ann-Marie Laubscher Contracts and Business Manager

I am an experienced Business Manager with a specialism in Human resource development and organisational change.  My key focus is on providing systems and operational initiatives to support Atlas MIS key contracts.  I have spent much of my career working in Public Sector Organisations and made the transition to private sector organisations in 2018.  One key difference is reduced bureaucracy which is welcomed especially in a sector that needs to be commercially responsive.

I support a variety of key contracts which includes all aspects of delivery:  Recruitment – mobilisation – delivery – H & S compliance – Quality and Customer review.

My key areas of responsibility include:

  • Contract Management
  • Business Management Support
  • Systems and Processes
  • Recruitment and Training

I pride myself on achieving desired outcomes for clients, developing a partnership where flexibility and outputs are key.  I look forward to continuing this approach with a consistent focus on good practice and outstanding results.

Outside of work I am a mother to five grown up young people and take great pride in their accomplishments and lives.  I have a creative flair and enjoy new projects, the countryside is a welcomed pleasure for nature walks and appreciating the scenery and generally enjoying life.

Neil Shields is a true, loyal and valued member of the team. Neil has a vast background in the service industry with a wealth of knowledge in commercial and Industrial cleaning scenarios. Neil has developed his own portfolio with atlas over the years in all sorts of different environments.  As a trained confined space and rescue individual as well as CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and first aid, Neil is a key player in overseeing works and playing a key part in the H&S of any task and innovations in methodology.

Neil has always received positive feedback from all of our clients whether it be contractual or a one off basis in terms of helpfulness and overall approach and standards. Key to the company’s approach and ethos.

Neil has grown immensely with the company over the last decade, working his way up to a respected, hard-working and practical status that is a compliment to any of our on-site or one-off crews and teams.

Not only has Neil seen growth through terms of titles and responsibilities, but also in terms of status and acknowledgment. Currently working on developing his pricing skills, Neil is a true Atlas advocate and a positive role model and mentor to those that work with him.

My recent appointment to Contract Support Manager at Atlas MIS a new career direction for me.  I am excited to see my career develop and support fantastic teams working across multiple contracts. I have always prided myself on my people skills and leadership qualities and look forward to continued growth. My primary focus is supporting a key client, being involved in the massive HS2 project fills me with pride.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Regular site visits
  • Client liaison
  • Maintaining excellence in cleaning through contractual audits
  • Supporting cleaning teams, ensuring they have all necessary equipment and training to carry out their duties
  • Administration linked to rostering, time and attendance, sickness, absence, annual leave & cover allocation

Historically my background is mechanical, I have qualifications in motor vehicle studies and cars have always been a hobby for me. Although with a three-year-old daughter I don’t find much time for cars now.
