Human Rights Statement

Atlas FM recognises that human rights can have an influence and an impact on our business relationships with our Clients, employees and suppliers alike.

As such, we have established a set of policies and standards which reflect our Company’s core values PRIDE namely Passion, Respect, Integrity, Delivery and Expertise. Through these policies, standards and related due diligence, Atlas seeks to implement our responsibility to respect human rights with our employees, suppliers and Clients.

Our commitment to respect human rights in the workplace is detailed within our Code of conduct and our Human Resources Policies and Procedures. These policies state that we value and promote workforce diversity and do not tolerate unlawful discrimination or harassment.

We continually strive to maintain an ethical working environment which reflects the core values of our Company.
